We are following government guidelines in our response to Covid-19.
We have cancelled all of our public events for the foreseeable future, but do hope to reschedule where possible. We are starting to run some carefully managed volunteering.
In the meantime, we are still doing our best to keep in touch with local people through our website and social media to celebrate and protect the rich cultural heritage, landscape and wildlife of Redesdale. For example, we have started a My Revitalising Redesdale Blog to share some of our highlights from the Revitalising Redesdale scheme, and we hope some of you will want to share your experiences living and working in Redesdale, too.
Have you visited Northumberland Wildlife Trust’s newest Nature Reserve in Redesdale, Benshaw Moor? If not, find out more about it in the Spring 2020 Roebuck magazine, which has been made available online for free.
Are you planning to visit Northumberland National Park this summer? If so, take a moment to read their guidance on visiting the Park safely and responsibly: www.northumberlandnationalpark.org.uk/covid-19/
Please do get in touch with us if we can help you, albeit remotely for now during these strange circumstances we all find ourselves in.
Please stay safe.
Discover Redesdale, browse the interactive map and view points of interest, pictures and text, or even add your own information!
