Natural England shares your data with the Core Partners (Northumberland Wildlife Trust and Northumberland National Park Authority) of Revitalising Redesdale Landscape Partnership to enable the partnership to deliver this programme.
We share your data with these partners to allow you to get the most of the programme, who are delivering a wide range of different projects. We will also share your data with the National Lottery Heritage Fund, as is required by our funding agreement with them.
Natural England respects your personal privacy when responding to access to information requests. We only share information when necessary to meet the statutory requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Natural England will keep personal data for the duration of the Revitalising Redesdale Landscape Partnership Scheme (until 31 March 2023). At this point your data will be deleted.
Grant Recipients/Agreement Holders Natural England will keep your personal data for 10 years after the end your Agreement, in accord with the requirements of National Lottery Heritage Fund.
If you do not provide the data, Natural England will not be able to work with you, contact you, offer you a grant/agreement or be able to provide advice on or administer your grant/agreement e.g. paying claims regarding Revitalising Redesdale Landscape Partnership.
