The Time Bandits in partnership with Friends of Harbottle Castle were awarded £500 to make a short film about the Battle of Otterburn. The Time Bandits are experts in historical interpretation and living history/drama, from first person recounting to skirmishes and battle reenactments.
The film was shot in full period kit representing a Scottish and English viewpoint. It was filmed entirely in Redesdale with locations in and around the battlefield area and includes demos of weapons and armour, together with specific graphics to illustrate the narrative.
